Shipping & Delivery

Please all 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched once placed.

 

Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped out from Toronto, Ontario. Orders placed for destinations in the US & Canada will not incur any duties. For International shipments, roh swim is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

 

Canadian Shipments

Orders with Canadian destinations are shipped with Canada Post via Expedited Parcel. Standard shipping time is 1-7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping will be applied on orders of $150 USD or more.

 

US Shipments 

Orders with US destinations are shipped via USPS First Class Package. Standard shipping time is 4-7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping will be applied on orders of $150 USD or more.

 

International Shipments

Orders outside of Canada & US are shipped via Asendia Priority Tracked. Standard shipping time is 6-12 business days for Europe, 6-14 business days for Australia & New Zealand, and 6-14 business days for Asia Pacific. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping will be applied on orders of $150 USD or more.
